1. General Policy

We accept returns for most new, unused, and undamaged products within 14 days from the date you receive your order.
All return requests must first be approved by our team before any item is sent back.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • The return request must be made within 14 calendar days of receiving the product.

  • A valid proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) must be provided.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.


3. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Products that have been installed, altered, or used

  • Items damaged through improper installation or handling

  • Clearance or final-sale products

  • Gift cards or promotional items

4. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive an item that is defective or damaged upon arrival, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing info@zmhomesupplies.com with photographs of the item and packaging.
We will arrange a replacement or refund after verifying the issue.


5. Return Shipping

Unless the item is defective or sent in error, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service and retaining proof of shipment.
We are not responsible for returned items lost or damaged in transit.


6. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original method of payment (e.g., Stripe-processed card).

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your financial institution.

Shipping fees and handling charges are non-refundable.


7. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you wish to exchange an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order through our Website.


8. Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped by contacting info@zmhomesupplies.com.
Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and must follow the standard return process.
